Summer Market at Dragonfly Farms Nursery

For the 2012 season so far we aren't having a farmers market but we will have the new dragonfly cafe' which will have scrumptious goodies,espresso and farm fresh eggs and veggies from local growers. We hope to encourages shopping local and supporting our community.

I will be posting more of what will be happening on dragonfly's facebook page and here as updates occur.

We will also be offering cut flowers and wedding or party flowers. Susan does an amazing job and we made flower arrangements for a couple of weddings last year and the wedding parties were thrilled with Susan's creations.

Farm stand menus. These are box lunches made for us by Little city catering in Kingston.

These boxes are 9.50 each and all include chips,vegetable pasta salad, dessert or fresh fruit and beverage (juice,water or pop).

Sandwich choices:

Roastbeef/provolone and hummus on ciabatta bread

Chicken cranberry curry salad on a croissant

Black forest ham/swiss on rye

salmon and dilled pea salad on multigrain bread

Smoked turkey and havarti on marbled rye

Veggie and cheese pita pockets (vegetarian)

Kids menu

Organic peanut butter and fresh jam

Egg salad or tuna salad with lettuce

In place of chips and salads ...Goldfish crackers and baby carrots are included.

Everything is fresh bakes. Little city will also be providing sweets as well many gluten free as well.

I don't want to be waste full so if you know you are coming and would like a lunch please email me and I will have it here. we will also have fresh sandwiches here but I haven't a clue yet on how many to have here.
